Weekend intensives and evening modules designed for those who want to explore shiatsu as a personal wellness practice. No prior experience required. Courses run throughout the year in our Coverciano studio.
Four progressive pathways totalling 850 hours of structured training — kata practice, anatomy, energetic physiology, and supervised treatments. Qualification recognised by APOS (national shiatsu register).
Deep-dive sessions on specific body zones (cervical, lumbar, diaphragm) and theoretical topics from Chinese medicine. Available to students and qualified practitioners seeking to refine their skills.

The Accademia Italiana Shiatsu Do was founded in Milan in 1985 and has been based in Florence since the early 1990s. Our teaching methodology evolves continuously, shaped by more than a thousand courses and the ongoing practice of our instructors.
Our studio is located in Via Ferdinando Martini 4/a, Coverciano — a few minutes from the Firenze Sud motorway exit. All professional courses include access to our online learning platform.
